Thank you so much for repairing my Jeep Liberty. This was my first experience with auto body repair and I wasn’t sure how it was going to turn out. I’ve seen vehicles that have been repaired and you can definitely tell. Not only was my Jeep repaired to better than new, it was also cleaned. I had been meaning to vacuum it for a long time. I just wanted to express my gratitude for the following: My car was damaged in the Nor’easter that hit a couple of weeks ago. I brought my car in for an estimate, which was quick and easy and then brought it back for repair. When I got there, the receptionist called Enterprise who came and got me. As promised, my car was ready a week later. I had not had time to detail my car in some time due to having a very hectic schedule. But when I picked up my car, not only was it painted flawlessly, but the inside was detailed as well. On the drive home, I noticed my brake light was on. In the past, it hadn’t been working due to a faulty fuse or something. I was going to have to go to the dealership to have it repaired or replaced, which would have been more time and possibly money, but you had taken care of that for me as well. It is the little things that matter most to people. You saved me time, money, and hassle. And some of it was not even your job, but you went above and beyond and for that, I want to say, ‘thank you from the bottom of my heart’! It means a lot to me personally when people take pride in what they do and have the customer service skills that I have come to expect. Working in the insurance industry, I have come to expect the most high of customer service and workmanship. You rose to my level in every aspect! I will refer anyone I know to you from now on and if I need anything in the future, you will be the first company I call.
